While the council and its officers may be filmed or recorded, that does not apply to filming or recording members of the public, as their permission must be sought first. | 22/176 | To discuss and prepare statement to Stafford Borough Council on the Meecebrook proposal.
The Chair advised the Cllr’s that the residents of Lower Heamies have been working with a Planning Consortium who will be putting in objections to Meecebrook. The Chair asked if the Cllr’s would be happy to work with the Consortium. The Cllr’s agreed. The Cllr’s discussed and prepared a mail shot to be printed and distributed to all the residents in the Parish. The mail shot includes the main objections of the Parish Council and asks the residents to submit their own objections to Stafford Borough Council by the closing date of the Consultation period. Noon on 12th December 2022.The clerk will prepare the document ready for printing. Action clerk The Cllr’s discussed the Preferred Options Consultation Response. Cllr B Jones will prepare the document ready for approval at the Parish Council meeting on the 5th December 2022. Action Cllr B Jones. With no further business to discuss, the Chair thanked everyone for their attendance and closed the meeting at 19.31. |
